Entity status. Truth Computing Incorporated is an incorporated company. It is not a tax-exempt charitable organization. Any nonprofit or B Corp certification referenced on this site is separate from incorporation and may still be in progress.
Nothing on this website constitutes an offer to sell, or a solicitation of an offer to buy, any security, nor shall there be any sale of securities in any jurisdiction in which such offer, solicitation, or sale would be unlawful. Any future securities offering will be made only to verified accredited investors (as defined in Rule 501 of Regulation D under the Securities Act of 1933), through definitive offering documents, and in compliance with applicable law. Truth Computing Incorporated is not a tax-exempt charitable organization. Contributions made through our fundraising links are not tax-deductible as charitable donations. Contributions are used to support the activities described on our site; after third-party platform processing fees, they are applied to the categories we describe. Our fund figures are maintained manually and are unaudited.
